From a Remote Village to All India Rank 58 in UPSC CAPF
KP’s 21st Century College Proudly Celebrates Dharavath Bhaskar’s Historic Achievement
KP’s 21st Century College, Shamshabad, is proud to announce that its student, Dharavath Bhaskar, has secured All India Rank 58 in the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2025. This remarkable achievement is not just a personal triumph but a powerful testament to grit, discipline, and the strength of purpose driven education.
A Journey Rooted in Struggle
Bhaskar hails from Pomya Naik Thanda, Kalher, a remote village, and studied in a Government Residential School. His journey was shaped by deep financial hardship — he lost his father, and his mother has been battling cancer. Despite these challenges, Bhaskar never let his circumstances define his limits.
The KP 21st Century Support System
At KP’s 21st Century College, Bhaskar received completely free Degree + IAS Foundation coaching, along with food and accommodation. He rigorously followed the Academy’s Panchajanya Programme through three complete cycles of study, revision, and testing. Over a five year preparation journey, he trained under the mentorship of Chairman K. Krishna Pradeep Sir and Dr. Bhavani Shankar Sir, whose guidance kept him focused and consistent.
When financial difficulties made it hard for him to even afford pocket money for important interviews, KP’s 21st Century College and his brother Narsimlu stood firmly by his side — proof that no student is left to fight alone.
Perseverance Through Setbacks
Bhaskar’s path was far from easy. In UPSC CAPF 2024, he missed the merit list by just four marks. Rather than giving up, he channeled that setback into renewed determination — and one year later, that perseverance earned him All India Rank 58 in the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2025.
