1. Consent for Communication

2. Awareness of Academic Nature
You confirm that you are applying with full understanding of:

- Institutional rules and discipline standards
The College shall not be responsible for misunderstandings arising from lack of awareness.
3. Eligibility and Age Declaration
You declare that you meet the minimum age, academic qualifications, and eligibility criteria prescribed for the chosen program.
Admission granted based on incorrect eligibility information may be cancelled at any stage.

8. Discipline and Conduct
Any form of:
- Misconduct or indiscipline
- Misuse of mobile phones or internet facilities
- Unlawful, indecent, or unethical activities
may result in strict disciplinary action, including warning, suspension, rustication, or expulsion, as per College rules.
9. Use of Student Achievements
In case of academic excellence, placements, or competitive examination success, the College reserves the right to use the student’s:
- Name
- Photograph
- Course and achievement details
for academic records, reports, and promotional purposes through print or digital media.
10. Fee and Refund Compliance
You agree to abide by the Fee Payment and Refund Policy of the College.
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed strictly as per institutional rules. No claims outside the policy shall be entertained.
11. Safety and Personal Responsibility
You accept full responsibility for your:
- Personal safety
- Health and wellbeing
- Conduct on campus, off campus, and online
The College shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, or mis-happenings during academic or related activities.
12. Jurisdiction and Legal Authority
All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of admission or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the concerned state only.
13. Validity of Admission
Admission granted is:
- Valid only for the specified academic year
- Limited to the program/course enrolled
Continuation is subject to academic performance, attendance, and adherence to institutional rules.
Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing KP 21st Century College. This Return and Refund Policy governs all fee-related transactions made towards admission, tuition, hostel, or any academic service offered by the College. By applying for admission or making any payment, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
- Admission fee and tuition fee once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Students are required to complete the course in the batch originally joined.
- Batch transfer requests will not be permitted during the academic year.
2. No Refund After Admission or Course Commencement
- No refund shall be granted once admission is confirmed, irrespective of the date of withdrawal.
- Withdrawal of admission at any stage does not entitle the student to any refund, whether or not classes have commenced.
- Any outstanding fee dues, if applicable, must be cleared even after withdrawal.
3. Performance-Linked Continuation
- Admission and continuation are subject to academic performance, attendance, discipline, and institutional parameters decided by the College.
- Failure to meet these requirements does not make the student eligible for a refund.
4. Fee Structure and Revisions
- Students and parents acknowledge that:
- Fee structure may vary across programs or sections
- Fees are subject to revision every academic year
- Fees must be paid within the stipulated timelines
- The College reserves the right to levy fines or penalties for delayed payment of fees.
5. GST and Statutory Charges
- 18% GST is mandatory and applicable on the actual tuition fee paid, as per government regulations.
- GST once paid is non-refundable.
6. Residential and Day Scholar Policy
- Once admission is confirmed under the residential (hostel) category, requests for conversion to day scholar during the academic year will not be entertained.
7. Property Damage and Recovery
- Any damage or loss caused to College or Hostel property by the student shall be fully recovered from the student/parent, to the extent of actual cost incurred.
8. Disciplinary Authority of the College
- The College reserves the right to suspend or expel a student at any stage, including during final examinations, for:
- Gross misconduct
- Indiscipline
- Violation of rules and regulations
Such action shall be final and binding, and no refund shall be applicable in such cases.
9. Use of Student Information
- The College may use the name and contact details of the student for academic records, institutional communication, or promotional purposes.
10. Declaration of Compliance
By completing admission and making payment, the student and parent/guardian declare that:
- They have read and understood the rules, regulations, and policies of the College
- They agree to maintain discipline and proper conduct
- They will ensure regular attendance and timely fee payment
- They accept that all decisions taken by the College Management shall be final and binding
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of admission, fees, refunds, services, or any matter related to KP 21st Century College shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana only.
