How do we choose leaders - Not just with charisma, But with wisdom?
In her article titled “The Wisdom Imperative: Rethinking How We Choose Our Leaders,” Rishitha questions the superficial metrics we often use to evaluate leadership in the digital age. From the pervasive influence of social media to the erosion of ethical judgment in public life, she calls upon the youth to develop discernment, embrace critical thinking, and value empathy, experience, and foresight in the democratic process.
