What We Provide

Hostel Facilities & Amenities

Everything a student needs to live comfortably and study seriously — in one safe, structured environment.

3 Meals a Day

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served in the mess. Nutritious, home-style food to keep students energised for long study days.

24/7 Security

Round-the-clock security staff at campus gates. No unauthorised entry. Students and parents can feel safe at all times.

Separate Boys & Girls Hostels

Completely separate accommodation blocks for boys and girls, each with dedicated wardens for supervision and support.

Dedicated Study Room

Quiet, well-lit study spaces inside the hostel for evening and night preparation — away from distractions.

Laundry / Dhobi Service

Regular laundry service (dhobi) so students don't have to worry about washing — one less thing on their minds.

Resident Wardens

Experienced wardens live on-campus and are available to address any student issues, discipline, and welfare needs.

Regular Parent Updates

Wardens and faculty keep parents informed about their child's attendance, progress, and hostel conduct through regular communication.

Classrooms Within Walking Distance

Hostel and classrooms are on the same campus — no daily commute, saving time and energy for studies.

Structured Life

A Typical Day for a Hostel Student

Structure is the foundation of success. Every hostel student follows a clear, balanced daily schedule that maximises study time while ensuring rest and wellbeing.

Why this matters: A student who commutes from home to college and a separate coaching centre loses 1–2 hours daily in travel, arrives tired, and manages two schedules. Our hostel student wakes up, walks to class, and studies — every hour goes toward their goal.

For Parents

Safety & Hostel FAQs

24/7 Security

Security staff monitor all entry and exit points round the clock. No unauthorised visitors allowed.

Medical & Emergency Support

A dedicated C.U fund covers minor medical needs. Staff can arrange hospital transport in emergencies.

Resident Wardens

Wardens live in the hostel and are reachable at all times. Girls' hostel has a dedicated female warden.

Strict Discipline Policy

Clear hostel rules ensure a focused, respectful environment. Mobile phone usage is regulated during study hours.

Parent Communication

Regular updates on attendance, behaviour, and academic progress are shared with parents proactively.

Is the hostel compulsory for all students?

No. Hostel is completely optional. Students who live in Hyderabad or can commute daily are called day scholars and pay only the academic fee. Hostel and all related charges (utility, dhobi, C.U at hostel rate) apply only to residential students.

Yes, absolutely. Boys and girls have completely separate accommodation blocks with separate entries, separate wardens, and no mixing of residential areas. Girls’ hostels are supervised by female wardens. This is non-negotiable policy at KP’s.

Yes, and we strongly encourage it. Call us on +91 91334 37733 to schedule a campus and hostel visit. We will personally show you the rooms, mess, study areas, and security setup so you can make a fully informed decision.

Three meals are served daily — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — in a common mess facility. The menu is designed to be nutritious, home-style, and suitable for students who have long study days. Hygiene standards are maintained and the kitchen is regularly checked.

Mobile phone usage is regulated, especially during study hours and after lights out. The policy is designed to minimise distractions and maintain focus — not to punish students. The full hostel rules will be shared at the time of admission.
